Originally from the UK, Phil began his construction journey in 2016 in Queenstown, contributing to high-end residential builds against stunning backdrops. He later gained diverse experience in commercial projects in Australia before returning home to specialize in project management, and carpentry. Phil’s entrepreneurial drive led to the launch of ICENIC UK before being drawn back to Queenstown by its irresistible seasons and mountain lifestyle. Today, he continues to deliver exceptional craftsmanship while embracing his passion for sports and community.

Dylan, a proud Kiwi with nearly a decade of experience in the construction industry. Specializing in high-end residential projects and renovations, Dylan has also dabbled in the commercial sector, showcasing his versatility and expertise across various domains. Dylan brings an extensive attention to detail to every project he undertakes. He takes immense pride in his workmanship and values the relationships he cultivates along the way, a testament to his dedication and professionalism. Having spent almost a decade on the tools and managing sites, Dylan’s wealth of experience is matched only by his passion for the outdoors.
